Le premier concept porte sur la gestion des relations, et le deuxi\u00e8me sur la gestion de l\u2019information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les organisations ont tendance \u00e0 se concentrer d\u2019abord sur les communications, et ensuite sur l\u2019engagement, et ce si elles le font. \u00c0 mon avis, ceci est d\u00fb au fait qu\u2019il est beaucoup plus facile de d\u00e9montrer les effets du partage de l\u2019information sur les employ\u00e9s que de d\u00e9montrer ceux cr\u00e9\u00e9s par le renforcement des relations humaines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si l\u2019on se base sur la pyramide des besoins de Maslow, les CO ont comme r\u00f4le de s\u2019assurer que les employ\u00e9s soient inform\u00e9s, ce qui leur permet d\u2019accomplir leurs t\u00e2ches et ainsi de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 leurs besoins primaires (c.-\u00e0-d. un ch\u00e8que de paye). Lorsque les organisations utilisent l\u2019EO pour b\u00e2tir des relations avec les employ\u00e9s, celles-ci s\u2019engagent \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre aux besoins psychologiques des employ\u00e9s. Selon Maslow, ce n\u2019est que lorsqu\u2019une personne (c.-\u00e0-d. un employ\u00e9) comble ses besoins fondamentaux et psychologiques qu\u2019elle peut r\u00e9aliser tout son potentiel (c.-\u00e0-d. ses capacit\u00e9s de performance).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"953\" height=\"525\" src=\"https:\/\/newleafperformance.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/Screen-Shot-2020.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-289\" srcset=\"https:\/\/newleafperformance.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/Screen-Shot-2020.png 953w, https:\/\/newleafperformance.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/Screen-Shot-2020-300x165.png 300w, https:\/\/newleafperformance.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/Screen-Shot-2020-768x423.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 953px) 100vw, 953px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Les relations saines reposent sur une communication saine, c\u2019est bien connu. Par contre, il est \u00e9galement \u00e9tabli que lorsque les relations sont saines, les efforts de communications sont toujours plus efficaces, quelle que soit leur importance. C\u2019est pourquoi les organisations doivent commencer \u00e0 r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir \u00e0 l\u2019engagement et \u00e0 la communication organisationnels (ECO) plut\u00f4t que de limiter leurs efforts seulement envers les communications organisationnelles (CO).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Plusieurs fa\u00e7ons d\u2019augmenter le niveau d\u2019engagement des employ\u00e9s existent&nbsp;: ateliers, r\u00e9unions, formations, activit\u00e9s de consolidation d\u2019\u00e9quipe, concours, etc. \u2014 mais tous les efforts d\u2019engagement ne sont pas adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 toutes les situations. Pour l\u2019engagement organisationnel, comprendre d\u2019abord o\u00f9 se situent les personnes et quelle est la dynamique d\u2019\u00e9quipe sont une priorit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En rencontrant les gens l\u00e0 o\u00f9 ils se trouvent dans leur cheminement, l\u2019engagement organisationnel peut efficacement b\u00e2tir des relations solides, significatives, et qui aideront l\u2019organisation ainsi que ses employ\u00e9s \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser leur potentiel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/newleafperformance.ca\/?lang=fr\">NewLeaf Performance<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0travaille avec les individus, les \u00e9quipes et les organisations pour les aider \u00e0\u00a0<strong>Diriger.
