Une entreprise \u00e9tant aussi performante que ses employ\u00e9s, il faut prendre soin de ces derniers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La sant\u00e9 mentale est un palier important du bien-\u00eatre. Lorsque des employ\u00e9s sentent que leur voix ne se fait plus entendre, que leurs comp\u00e9tences ne sont pas les appr\u00e9ci\u00e9es et que le leadership ne correspond aucunement \u00e0 leurs valeurs personnelles, les effets peuvent \u00eatre d\u00e9sastreux sur le climat de travail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le leadership a donc incidence directe sur la sant\u00e9 et le bien-\u00eatre en milieu de travail. Les leaders doivent \u00eatre humbles et faire preuve d\u2019ouverture. Nous devons aussiconsid\u00e9rer l\u2019importance des g\u00e9n\u00e9rations futures. Les \u00e9tudiants et futurs employ\u00e9s sont beaucoup plus expos\u00e9s et conscients \u00e0 tout ce qui touche la sant\u00e9 mentale. Comme c\u2019est un sujet qui est beaucoup moins tabou pour eux, ils vont s\u2019attendre \u00e0 une culture qui en tient compte dans les organisations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Il n\u2019est jamais trop tard pour bien faire<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u2019entends encore des cadres exprimer qu\u2019ils ne sont pas l\u00e0 pour se faire aimer ou contribuer \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9panouissement personnel de leurs employ\u00e9s. Cela M\u2019attriste chaque fois. Les leaders doivent comprendre qu\u2019ils peuvent vraiment faire une diff\u00e9rence dans la vie des employ\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Voici quelques pistes que peuvent faire les leaders pour apporter des am\u00e9liorations:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Reconna\u00eetre l\u2019humanit\u00e9 de chaque individu et ses comp\u00e9tences<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conna\u00eetre et parfaire votre propre intelligence \u00e9motionnelle<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ne pas laisser la peur de para\u00eetre incomp\u00e9tent prendre le dessus<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Arrimer les valeurs communes des employ\u00e9s avec le mandat de l\u2019entreprise<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00catre pr\u00e9sent aupr\u00e8s de ses employ\u00e9s \u2013 aller les saluer, discuter avec eux et les inclure avec authenticit\u00e9<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organiser des r\u00e9unions trimestrielles rapides avec tous vos employ\u00e9s<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organizer une retraite annuelle<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9cart de performance et de bien-\u00eatre entre une \u00e9quipe ax\u00e9e sur le contr\u00f4le et les t\u00e2ches et une \u00e9quipe ax\u00e9e sur l\u2019innovation et le renforcement (empowerment) est \u00e9norme.&nbsp; Les recherches indiquent que le rendement sur investissement dans le mieux-\u00eatre en milieu de travail peut atteindre les 600%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nous sommes \u00e0 votre \u00e9coute!<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous privil\u00e9gions l\u2019autod\u00e9termination de nos clients puisqu\u2019ils sont les mieux plac\u00e9s pour savoir que quelque chose ne fonctionne pas de mani\u00e8re optimale dans leur organisation ou dans leur \u00e9quipe de gestion, par exemple.
