Les \u00e9tudes montrent qu\u2019une culture forte et coh\u00e9rente est directement associ\u00e9e \u00e0 une meilleure efficacit\u00e9, un engagement accru des employ\u00e9s et une r\u00e9ussite globale de l\u2019entreprise (A. Akpa, V. O., Asikhia, O. U., &amp; Nneji, N. E. 2021).\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En tant que jeune dipl\u00f4m\u00e9e en gestion, j\u2019ai pass\u00e9 des ann\u00e9es \u00e0 \u00e9tudier les cadres strat\u00e9giques fondamentaux du monde des affaires\u2014les 5 Forces de Porter, le SWOT, la matrice BCG, le mod\u00e8le PEST, la matrice d\u2019Ansoff et bien d\u2019autres. Chacun de ces mod\u00e8les offre des perspectives pr\u00e9cieuses sur la strat\u00e9gie d\u2019entreprise, l\u2019environnement externe et les opportunit\u00e9s de march\u00e9. Pourtant, un \u00e9l\u00e9ment essentiel manquait : aucun ne prenait en compte, de mani\u00e8re directe, la culture organisationnelle, malgr\u00e9 son impact \u00e9vident sur la performance et la viabilit\u00e9 des entreprises.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cela a chang\u00e9 lorsque j\u2019ai rejoint NewLeaf et d\u00e9couvert le mod\u00e8le&nbsp;L.E.A.F. \u2013 Lead.
