Les enqu\u00eates men\u00e9es par des enqu\u00eateurs externes offrent un sens accru de l\u00e9gitimit\u00e9 et de neutralit\u00e9 en s&rsquo;assurant que les enqu\u00eateurs interviennent sans biais, pr\u00e9jug\u00e9s ou relations avec les parties prenantes ou l&rsquo;organisation. Les enqu\u00eates externes peuvent \u00e9galement aborder les d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibres de pouvoir au sein du milieu de travail, que les enqu\u00eates internes peuvent n\u00e9gliger, en raison de l&rsquo;inconfort possible ou de la peur de repr\u00e9sailles lorsque des conflits surviennent entre les gestionnaires et les employ\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mais comment cela fonctionne-t-il ?<\/strong> En se basant sur les politiques de harc\u00e8lement et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l\u2019organisation et\/ou la l\u00e9gislation provinciale ou f\u00e9d\u00e9rale applicable, les enqu\u00eateurs externes mandat\u00e9s pour mener des enqu\u00eates en milieu de travail suivent un processus d&rsquo;enqu\u00eate s\u00e9quentiel. Cela comprend g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement une phase de d\u00e9couverte, au cours de laquelle des d\u00e9clarations et des preuves li\u00e9es \u00e0 l&rsquo;enqu\u00eate sont collect\u00e9es et document\u00e9es, une phase de r\u00e9daction de rapport, au cours de laquelle un r\u00e9sum\u00e9 des preuves et une analyse pr\u00e9liminaire sont fournies aux parties pour r\u00e9vision et approbation, et un rapport final d&rsquo;enqu\u00eate dans lequel les analyses finales, conclusions et recommandations claires sont partag\u00e9es avec l&#8217;employeur et les parties concern\u00e9es afin de r\u00e9duire le risque de nouveaux incidents de harc\u00e8lement ou de conduite inappropri\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>L\u2019approche de l\u2019enqu\u00eateur doit toujours \u00eatre guid\u00e9e et encadr\u00e9e par les principes de l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 proc\u00e9durale, qui incluent la transparence, la ponctualit\u00e9 et la rigueur, afin de respecter l&rsquo;int\u00e9grit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;enqu\u00eate et d\u2019\u00eatre conforme aux r\u00e8glements, politiques, codes de conduite ou l\u00e9gislations applicables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Une approche centr\u00e9e sur l&rsquo;humain chez NewLeaf<\/strong><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>NewLeaf Investigation+ propose des services d\u2019enqu\u00eates, de m\u00e9diation et de recherche des faits pour les employeurs du secteur priv\u00e9 et public, tout en adoptant une approche centr\u00e9e sur l\u2019humain, o\u00f9 la dignit\u00e9 et la compassion sont au c\u0153ur de chaque processus.<br><br>Bien que la nature s\u00e9quentielle des enqu\u00eates d\u00e9crite ci-dessus semble \u00e9vidente, l&#8217;empathie et la compassion ne doivent pas \u00eatre n\u00e9glig\u00e9es. M\u00eame dans le cadre des processus de r\u00e9solution des conflits en milieu de travail, les enqu\u00eateurs doivent mettre de c\u00f4t\u00e9 leurs biais et hypoth\u00e8ses et rencontrer les participants l\u00e0 o\u00f9 ils se trouvent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La r\u00e8gle de Platine et une approche inform\u00e9e par le trauma<\/strong><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Popularis\u00e9e par le Dr Tony Alessandra en 1998, le terme <em>La r\u00e8gle de Platine<\/em> <a href=\"https:\/\/newleafperformance.ca\/learn\/blog\/dignity-first-a-human-centred-approach-to-workplace-investigations-at-newleaf-investigation\/#_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a> une reformulation moderne de la r\u00e8gle d&rsquo;or et pr\u00e9conise de traiter les autres <em>comme ils souhaitent \u00eatre trait\u00e9s<\/em>, plut\u00f4t que de les traiter comme on aimerait \u00eatre trait\u00e9 soi-m\u00eame<a href=\"https:\/\/newleafperformance.ca\/learn\/blog\/dignity-first-a-human-centred-approach-to-workplace-investigations-at-newleaf-investigation\/#_ftnref2\">[2]<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les enqu\u00eateurs en milieu de travail qui adoptent la pratique de Platine offrent des enqu\u00eates inform\u00e9es par le trauma, ce qui est essentiel dans l&rsquo;approche centr\u00e9e sur l&rsquo;humain.
